What This Plumbing Website Collects: Our Privacy Policy in Plain Words
This site is deliberately simple. It has no forms, no accounts and no login, so there is very little to collect.
This page says what is collected, how a call or an email is used and what to do if you want to ask about it.
What this website collects
The pages here do not ask you to type anything. They set no cookies of their own and run no analytics or advertising scripts.
Like any website, the server that hosts the pages keeps ordinary technical logs, such as the page requested and the time. We use them only to keep the site working.
How a phone call is used
You give the dispatch line your address, the problem and a way to reach you. We use that to decide whether we can send someone and to route the call.
Your phone number is visible to the dispatch line and to the independent plumber who takes the call. That plumber then uses what you told us to arrange the visit.
How we use an email you send us: replies only
An email to the address on the contact page reaches us with your address and whatever you wrote. We use it to reply, and for nothing else.
Details shared with the plumber on your job, not marketers
Details you give by phone or email are shared with the plumber handling your job and with nobody else for marketing. The plumber is independent and manages the information you give them under their own practices.
Asking about your information
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, use the address on our contact page. We will answer from what we have.
If we later add call recording, analytics or similar tools, we will change this page first. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
