Three Rockville landmarks help place an address on a call. Rockville Town Square is the downtown centre and opened in 2007. Glenview Mansion, built in 1926 in the Civic Center at 603 Edmonston Drive, is in ZIP 20851, which we dispatch to. Lake Needwood, a 75-acre lake in Rock Creek Regional Park, has a Rockville address in ZIP 20855, which is not on our dispatch list, so we check a street address there first.

The decision is quick and it is made on the phone. Nobody is sent to an address we have not checked, and nobody is told to wait for a visit we cannot make.

Your ZIP code does not always match your town's name. The post office uses preferred names, so a Rockville address can sit in a town with another name and the reverse. That is why the address matters more than the name on this page.

Does a ZIP code on your list guarantee a visit?
No. It means we dispatch to addresses in it. Timing and the job still decide, and we confirm both on the call.
How do I find out which utility serves my street?
Your water bill names it. In Rockville the city serves most addresses and WSSC Water serves the rest.
