Rockville MD How this service works
About Our Rockville Plumbing Dispatch: Who You Reach When You Call
Rockville MD Expert Plumbers is a dispatch and information service. We link homeowners and businesses in Rockville and the surrounding county with independent local plumbers.
We are not the contractor. The plumber who comes to your door is independent and responsible for their own work, and this page explains how the arrangement runs.
What happens when you call
- The dispatch line answers and asks for your address and the problem
- We check the address against the ZIP codes on our dispatch list
- The call is routed to a plumber serving your area
- The plumber agrees the work and the price with you before starting
- You deal with that plumber directly for the job itself
Our part ends at the connection. We answer for the quality of our information and the honesty of what we tell you on the phone.
Dispatch role: taking calls, not doing the plumbing
We take calls, explain what the problem probably is and say whether we can send someone to your address. We do not perform the plumbing, and we do not guarantee another person's work.
- We give price ranges, and the plumber confirms the price on site
- We say plainly when an address is outside our dispatch list
- We advertise no special pricing, and we do not quote a firm price before a diagnosis
- We do not publish licence numbers or reviews that we cannot show you
Checking any plumber yourself
You should not take our word for a plumber's credentials, and the official bodies make it easy. WSSC Water licenses the plumbers who work in this county and answers questions about those licences by phone.
At state level, the Maryland State Board of Plumbing handles journey and master licences. Our FAQ page walks through the check step by step.
Where we work
We dispatch across Rockville, with neighbourhood pages for Twinbrook, King Farm, Fallsgrove and Montrose. Nearby towns from Bethesda to Germantown have pages too, and the areas page says which ZIP codes are on our list.
